Shopping Cart Time Limit

The ZOZOTOWN shopping cart time limit is 300 minutes from the time the product was entered into the cart.
After 300 minutes have passed the products that were in your cart will automatically disappear.
Products will also disappear from your cart if you are inactive for 15 minutes or more after you put an item into your cart.

※ "Inactive" means that you do not move pages, your internet connection cuts out, you close your browser, or other similar situations.
In this case all of the items in your cart will disappear.

※ When you put items in your cart there is guaranteed inventory for you, but you have not yet made your purchase. Please be aware of this point.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase in one order?

There are several rules established for the shopping cart and there are times when you cannot order multiple products at once due to our security systems.
An error message will appear on screen when you have surpassed the number of items allowed by the cart rules.

There are many rules regarding the shopping cart that generate error messages such as an error message occurring when you cannot place
more than one of an item in your shopping cart, or when your order exceeds a certain monetary limit.

We will not take questions regarding these rules.
Please understand.

The contents of my cart disappeared!

In the ZOZOTOWN shopping cart system, items are removed from your cart for the following three reasons.

【 The Cart Time Limit Has Been Exceeded 】

Please read the section entitled 『Shopping Cart Time Limit』 for information on shopping cart time limits.

【 Your Purchase Will Cause Trouble With the Purchases of Other Customers 】

Our online patrol system may forcefully remove items from your cart
if you put unnecessary items in your cart or put many of the same item into your cart
when it is clear that you have no intention to purchase.

【 A Server Error Has Occurred During Your Order 】

The items that you had secured in your cart may be returned to inventory by the system at the time of the error.

※ In any case, there is no way to return the products to your cart once they have been removed. Please understand.
