Tell me how I can place an order!

When you find a product that you want, re-verify the size and materials, etc. and proceed with the order placing procedure.

Note that a PayPal account is necessary to place an order.

If there are no mistakes, click the "Place Order" button and your order will be complete.

After the display of [ARIGATO!], an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have registered with us.

If your email address cannot be verified, an error may occur and your order may not be completed.

When can I buy products labeled as "Coming Soon"?

There is a display of "Coming Soon" on the product page for products that have yet to be released.
The product release date (time) is listed under the coming soon display and sales will start from that time.
※The time of release is displayed in Japanese time.

When viewing a product before release, if you do not update your browser at the time of product release, the product release will not be reflected on your screen,
so please press the update button on your browser when sales of the product start.

I want to verify if I made my order correctly.

When your order is complete, and 「ARIGATO!」display will appear on screen along with your order number.
An order verification email will also be sent to the email address you have registered with us.

Thereafter, you can verify the content of your order on the『Order Information』page.
When you cannot verify your order information on the 『Order Information』 page even though you thought you placed an order,
your order was not completed successfully due to an error.

Please follow the ordering procedure one more time.

Can I cancel my order or make changes?

You cannot cancel or change your order once it has been completed.
Please make sure to verify the size, color, price, and quantity, etc. of your products before you place your order.

Can I make additions to my order?

You cannot make additions to the products on your order after it has been completed or combine separate orders.
