What payment methods are available?
Please select PayPal or Credit Card as your payment method.
If you would like to use Paypal as your payment method,
please ensure that you have created a PayPal account beforehand.

If you would like to use a credit card for your payment method,
please refer to "About Credit Cards".
*Cash on Delivery / Deferred Payment options are currently not available.
Details of our refund process are detailed below.
【Payment via Paypal】
A refund will be sent to the Paypal account used to make the initial purchase.
【Payment via Credit Card】
When the timing of cancellation is within the valid period, a cancellation of payment will be made. Shipping fees will be reimbursed via a separate bank transfer or to your PayPal account. When multiple items were purchased in one order and one item needs a refund, both the price of a refunded item and the shipping fee will be reimbursed via a separate bank transfer or to your PayPal account.
Reimbursement via a bank transfer or PayPal account will be decided upon customer's request.
Please note that all important notices concerning the process of refunds will be announced through personal messages sent from our Customer Support Center.
Please tell me about shipping charges and service charges.
In addition to the cost of the products, you will be charged a shipping fee (varies by country) and a service charge (500 yen) when you place an order.
We will display your order total including the above items,
so please complete your order after verifying the order grand total.
※Customs costs in your country and additional taxes are not included in the order grand total.
If payment of the above items (customs, tax) is necessary, you will have to pay them on your own.
Customs charges may be incurred based on the type of product, the list of objects, or the price listed on the "products contained" application (whether or not the products are below the tax exempt limit or not).
※Whether or not customs fees will be incurred and the tax rate thereof varies depending on the destination country.
Note that customs taxes are not included in the order price listed on our site.
If these (customs, taxes) are necessary, you will have to pay them on your own.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment service that the PayPal company runs.
If you register your bank account and credit card information with PayPal and acquire a PayPal account,
you can make internet payments by providing only your email address.
You do not have to enter your credit card information every time you make a purchase,
so you can complete online purchases (internet payments) quickly and easily.
You can use PayPal payments with confidence that they are secure because you do not need to inform the counterparty of your credit card information every time you make a purchase.

We accept payment also by credit card.

【Concerning the use of Credit Cards with a Debit Function (Visa Debit Card, etc.)】
When shopping with a debit card, a credit check will be performed and payment will be withdrawn from the appointed bank account immediately after the customer completes the purchase process by clicking the "Order" button.
If a refund is necessitated by a defective product or a credit check error leading to an order cancellation, or if changes to an order leads to a double withdrawal from the customer's bank account, repayment may require some time. As such, we politely request that all shoppers refrain from using debit cards while shopping with us.

Regarding the time and date of payment withdrawal: withdrawal times may differ depending on the customer's credit card and credit contract.

Do I get a purchase receipt?
Please use the "Statement of Delivery and Purchase Receipt" included in your product packaging as a purchase receipt.
※We cannot re-issue purchase receipts, so please manage this document with care.
When you need more than one purchase receipt, please make copies of the original included in the packaging.
