Registration Information

Customers who have registered as a member with us once can use our member services by logging in to the site.

Also, if you log in after clicking the『Do not require ID entry from the next log in』button on the login screen,
we can maintain your login state for up to one week.

However, for security reason we require that you input your password when changing
member information or when ordering products.

Change of Member Information

When there is a change to the information that you used to register with us, we can change that information immediately on the site.
We can verify and change your address, telephone number, email address, password, and other information.

※ Even if you change the address registered in your member information, the destination of orders that have already been completed will not change.

You can verify your order history and shipping status.

If You Forgot Your ZOZO_ID or Password

If you forgot the ZOZO_ID or password you created when you registered with us, we will send you
your ZOZO_ID and password if you supply us with the email address you used to register and your birthday.

Membership Cancellation Procedures

While it is regrettable that you would like to leave us, please follow the procedure here if you would like to cancel your membership.
※We will still ship products you have ordered after you cancel your membership.
